Schedule pipe penetrations
List the required hole diameters in millimetres, the quantity and the position of each penetration. Include concrete thickness where known and identify wall or slab locations. State any angle or finish requirement for office review; do not assume every configuration has been accepted.
Separate concrete cuts from plumbing installation
For slab or pavement openings, show the cut layout and the intended result. The plumbing design, excavation, installation and reinstatement are separate scope items unless expressly agreed. Share information about existing services and any investigations already arranged.
Coordinate access and the following trade
Give the full address and the access arrangements for the work area. Explain occupied areas, restricted hours and when the following trade needs the opening. Include how cut sections will be supported or removed and who owns those tasks.
Your enquiry checklist
- Penetration diameters, quantities and locations
- Marked slab-cut or opening layout
- Known concrete thickness and services information
- Installation sequence and access requirements
Send what you know and identify details still being confirmed. These guides help describe a project; the agreed site-specific scope determines the work.
