Information you provide
The hosted enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, job address and a description of the work. You can also attach relevant plans or photographs. These details help the office understand your project, contact you, assess the work and prepare a quote. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Provide only information relevant to the work and files you are authorised to share. Remove unrelated personal details from plans and photographs. If you prefer to discuss the information required before submitting it, contact the office by phone or email.
How the enquiry form works
The Request a Quote page displays Quickcore’s hosted Tradify form and provides a link to open it in a separate tab. Details and attachments entered in that form are sent directly to Tradify for Quickcore’s enquiry workflow. This website does not create its own copy of the form submission or attachments.
Loading the form connects your browser to Tradify’s TradeHQ service. The form includes a Google reCAPTCHA check. These providers may process device and network information and use their own cookies or other technologies. Read Tradify’s form privacy notice and Google’s privacy information for their handling of that information.
Office follow-up and records
Enquiries are intended for office review in Quickcore’s existing Tradify account. The office uses the information you provide to discuss your requirements and the next steps. The website does not automatically schedule a job or issue a quote or invoice. Quoting and invoicing remain in the existing MYOB workflow.
Phone and email links open your device’s calling or email application. Any call or message you choose to make is handled through those services and the office’s existing systems. Contact the office for information about access to enquiry records, storage periods or deletion of information and attachments.
Website hosting and tracking
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services process technical information, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
The website build does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts or persistent browser storage. The hosted enquiry form and hosting provider have their own information handling practices. Their processing may involve locations outside Australia; refer to the provider notices for current details or contact Quickcore to discuss your enquiry before providing information.
Access, corrections and privacy concerns
Contact the Quickcore office if you want to ask about information you have provided, request access or a correction, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Describe your request and how the office can contact you. Do not include identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in an initial email. The office may need to establish which enquiry or record your request concerns before discussing it.
