Give the full site location and a clear description of the opening, cut, removal or surface treatment needed. Include drawings and photographs of the work area. For a regional site, describe the entry route and equipment positioning space alongside the scope.
Define the attendance window
Share the programme, available stages and the time allowed for access, setup and handover. Explain any operating-area or traffic constraints through the project’s normal arrangements. The office needs to review mobilisation and availability for the proposed package.
Agree the project interfaces
State who arranges support, handling, waste collection, disposal and reinstatement where relevant. Include existing structural and services information. Adelaide and the listed regional centres are enquiry locations, not claims of separate Quickcore offices.
