How we work

How Quickcore enquiries, quotes & bookings work

A useful enquiry starts the conversation. Scope, pricing and availability are reviewed before work is booked.

01

Describe the job

Send the full site address, service or outcome required, and a short description. Add dimensions, quantities, photographs or drawings where useful. If the technical information is incomplete, identify what you know and what still needs confirming.

02

Office review & clarification

The office reviews the enquiry and discusses the method, access, programme and scope. You may be asked for further information before pricing or availability can be confirmed. An enquiry is not an automatic booking.

03

Scope & quote

Agree what is included and who is responsible for design, approvals, support, lifting, removal, waste and reinstatement where relevant. Quickcore’s existing office quoting process remains in place. Review the proposed scope before accepting work.

04

Booking & site arrangements

Once the work and availability are agreed, the office coordinates the booking through the existing job-management process. Confirm the access arrangements, working window and site contacts before the planned visit.

05

Completion & invoicing

Completion and any outstanding items are reviewed against the agreed work. Invoicing follows Quickcore’s existing office process. Changes to the scope need discussion rather than an assumption that they are already included.
